Shipping & Delivery

We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹2000. For all COD orders and prepaid orders below ₹2000 we have a shipping charge applicable.

Once we have received your order, it will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order and the necessary tracking details.

To track your order, just follow these simple steps:

Sign in to “My account”.
Select ‘Order History’.
In the orders page, select ‘View Details’ for the order number you wish to track.
Click on ‘Courier Tracking #’

There might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control and some of the possible reasons could be,

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect / Incomplete address, Phone number, or PIN code
  • Delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.

Please note, Cash on Delivery is not available at all locations as our courier partners would not be able to offer the Cash on Delivery service at afew locations.

If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details, Net Banking details or any other payment-related information are accurate.

Check that your internet connection is working.

Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, we request you to reach out to your bank regarding this and such orders will not be processed from our end.

The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery purchases is Rs. 10,000 and if you wish to shop for more than Rs. 10,000 you can opt to use the prepaid option.

Our courier partners would not be able to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you live in one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via Net Banking, UPI payments or by Debit or Credit Card.

We make it a priority to ship your order out at the earliest possible, because of which we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy grants you the flexibility to initiate a product replacement/Exchange within a span of 7 – 15 days from the date of delivery for the following scenarios.

Received Wrong product / Size / Color etc.
Received damages/defected/tampered product.

We provide Refund for scenarios such as the order has been accepted and we are not able to ship, because the outfit is out of stock or when the preferred size is unavailable for replacement/exchange.

  • Go to Order History in My Account or Click on the Returns & Exchange in the footer menu
  • Select the products you want to return and place a return request.
  • Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner.

We will evaluate the quality of all returned items within 2 - 3 working days. Once the QC process has been completed, we will process the Replacement / Exchange / Refund process.

  • Orders that have exceeded the specified Exchange/Return Window.
  • Discounted merchandise.
  • All Occasion Wears & Essential categories.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or items without tags.
  • Deterioration, rips, or fading resulting from negligence in following the recommended wash care instructions.

We will be able to accommodate one return or exchange request per order. Multiple requests for the same order cannot be processed. Additional charges may apply if you wish to initiate more than one return or exchange.
