In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise under the following conditions


Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items returned must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. We will be unable to provide returns under following circumstances:

  1. Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  2. Products that are specifically mentioned as non-returnable as a part of the product description.
  3. Products bought from our partner stores and websites.
  4. We do not accept return or exchange gift cards. reserves the right to deny exchange or replacement if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials, we will always accept the item for assessment and initiate an exchange if validated as faulty.

Refund to Card / bank account will not be issued under any circumstances.

If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to get a full credit to your Angel & Rocket Wallet on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will credit your Angel & Rocket Wallet with the purchase price of the damaged item.


We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up process for your order, kindly send in your request at Please note that the following details in your reverse pick-up request are mandatory: your order number and a list specifying the items you wish to return. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup communication from our logistics partner. Once received, we request you to follow the instructions given below:

Take a copy of the return order sheet and circle the product you are returning.

  1. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
  2. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly
  3. In case of non-availability of reverse pick up for your location, we will communicate the alternate option through email or telephone.
  4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel and don’t forget to take the pickup acknowledgement copy once done.
  5. Once we receive the returned courier at our warehouse, it will be subjected to Quality Check. 
  6. Later our Customer Relationship Executive will reach you on the process for exchange or further proceedings.
